Curating Design Through Collective Practice
At lab e, exhibitions are understood as an extension of the design process rather than its final outcome. They create opportunities for ideas, experiments, and research to become public, encouraging dialogue between education, design, and society.
Through student exhibitions, design showcases, installations, and collaborative events, lab e curates spaces where creative production can be experienced, discussed, and reinterpreted. Each exhibition contributes to an evolving archive of collective learning, architectural thinking, and shared practice.
On Being in Space
Space Between Improvisation and Intention
This exhibition brings together selected works produced within the courses MIM2512 Presentation Design and MIM2505 Body–Space Experience.

The works developed in Body–Space Experience construct an abstract and experiential language of representation, revealing the potentials of the moment through improvisation and embodied action. In contrast, the outputs of Presentation Design propose a deliberate and structured mode of expression shaped by composition and intention.
​
These two approaches—being in the moment and being independent of it—generate a conceptual tension within the context of architectural representation. The exhibition makes this tension visible, inviting visitors to engage not only visually, but spatially and experientially.
